A bit of a recent trend has been the adoption of meat-delivery services. With a crowded market, it is difficult to break down which meat-delivery service works and does not work.

I eat every meal from home and have happily adopted a keto lifestyle. During the pandemic I learned how to cook and I only cook for two people.

Equipped with a Ninja Foodi XL Grill, cooking simple, easy, and delicious food is the easy part of adopting a healthy Keto lifestyle. The hard part is finding high-quality meats with nutritious fatty acid profiles – on a budget. The below table breaks down all of the differences without too much analysis.

Another blog post will display my recommendations. Please note that some, but not all, of the links below are affiliates, but I did not get any free products. I purchased everything with my own funds – and I’m frugal, so I hope this helps out. There are other delivery options that exist, but I eliminated them right off the bat due to cost. This left me with four major contenders: Butcher Box, Crowd Cow, Wild Fork Foods, and Perdue Farms.
